Positive Pressure Ventilation

When moisture travels up through compromised damp proof coursing in footings/walls, it results in what is commonly known as rising damp. This can result in deterioration of wall structure and cosmetically, cause paint to bubble and salts to surface providing yet another food source for mould to manifest. We effectively identify and rectify rising damp causes by removing damp and subsequent contaminated masonry materials, structurally drying excess levels of moisture and injecting a chemical barrier to future proof against repeated damp and mould issues.
