We offer specialised surface treatment and sanitisation to internal building surfaces and contents no matter how delicate the item or possession. Our internationally certified cleaning methodology along with our eco-friendly, bleach and ammonium-free products are proven to physically remove and eradicate mould at the spore without the risk of further damage to you and your co-occupants’  health and possessions.

Through the process of installing mechanical, negatively pressurised subfloor ventilation, we are able to consistently remove any excess moist air from beneath the building and have it replaced with fresh and dryer air from the external environment. This process significantly reduces damp air from rising up into occupied spaces of your home or workplace – mitigating the risk of condensation and subsequent future mould development. Furthermore, it comes with the added bonus of deterring bugs such as termites that eat away at the timber structures of your building.

Eco Mould Solutions’ ventilation team make no compromise when it comes to the installation of premium, whole-home air purification + dehumidification systems. Contrary to basic stand alone retail products, these systems are designed to introduce a calculated, continuous number of air changes by drawing on either fresh, outdoor air or reclaimed and dehumidified internal air after it has passed through HEPA (and optional carbon) filters.

Controlled by the system’s intelligent automation process, this cleaner and dryer air is then utilised to flush out existing stale air along with mould, allergens, dust mites and other bio particulate through a process called positive pressure. In addition to improving indoor air quality by introducing filtered air into the home or workplace, the same air will consistently pass over building surfaces which significantly reduces the viability of mould’s desire to feed off any remaining bio-particulate or food source that might exist in any given household or workplace.

Contained, engineered and expert removal of contaminated building materials or those materials sustaining higher than acceptable levels of moisture are removed safely and without risk of cross contamination to neighbouring environments which are otherwise considered to be sustaining “normal” levels of mould.

Eco Mould Solutions apply certified mechanical drying techniques to timber and masonry building materials of the structure which significantly mitigate the risk of subsequent mould contamination by restoring moisture levels in those materials back to levels which are considered to be acceptable.

When structural building materials aren’t able to be removed, environments are contained and engineered to supplement certified Abrasive Media Blasting methods which safely remove a thin layer off of timber and/or masonry building materials creating a surface that is more effectively sanitised, ready for additional surface treatment and/or structural drying. 

When moisture travels up through compromised damp proof coursing in footings/walls, it results in what is commonly known as rising damp. This can result in deterioration of wall structure and cosmetically, cause paint to bubble and salts to surface providing yet another food source for mould to manifest. We effectively identify and rectify rising damp causes by removing damp and subsequent contaminated masonry materials, structurally drying excess levels of moisture and injecting a chemical barrier to future proof against repeated damp and mould issues.
